Job Title: Retail Assistant Manager
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Salary: Up to £15,000 + benefits
Our client has over 280 stores throughout the UK and employ over 3,500 people. Their markets cover areas as diverse as High Street, Tourist and Destination Sites, and its this variety of location and the products they provide that helps contribute to an annual turnover of £185 Million.
They are currently going through a period of change and are now looking to further their proposition. They are implementing new store layouts, refurbishing stores, and have implemented a customer loyalty card.
They are looking for new people to join the company.
They are looking for a Assistant Store Manager for their busy retail store in Bury St Edmunds.
Assistant Managers work hand in hand with the Store Manager leading and developing the sales team. They are involved in sales generation, staff management and development as well as stock control.
An ideal candidate would be either a senior salesperson or a Assistant Manager looking for more of a challenge and responsibility.
Background in retail clothing would be an advantage but is not essential
The annual salary for this position is Up to £15,000 and comes with excellent benefits which include:
